This form only processes requests for students who graduated from
Incarnate Word Academy - Corpus Christi ONLY.
Requests cannot be processed for other locations.
The Registrar’s office is able to transmit electronic transcripts utilizing the following secure servers: Parchment Exchange and SENDedu. This applies to individuals who attended or graduated from Incarnate Word Academy High School - Corpus Christi campus only. We cannot process requests for any other campus location.
For incoming transcripts, Incarnate Word Academy - Corpus Christi is able to receive official transcripts via the following secure servers: PARCHMENT EXCHANGE AND TREx.
Transcript requests should be submitted at least 24 hours in advance.
Current graduating seniors should ensure that all outstanding fines/fees are cleared before graduation so that no holds are placed on their final transcript.
The Registrar’s Office is ready to help students as they prepare to go to college. There are many scholarships available to students. Current students are encouraged to login to Naviance for information on scholarship lists and applications.
College applications and scholarships requiring an official transcript should be submitted at least two weeks in advance to allow ample time for processing and mailing by the deadline.
